Hammond Cottage
4 bedrooms - 2 baths 
This is our newest unit added to the resort. Construction was finished in May of 2008. It has barrier-free access on the main level with wider doorways, ramped entrances and a user-friendly bathroom on the ground floor level.
The Hammond has a nice main living space with satellite TV and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and large table for many guests.
Each bedroom has 1 full size or "double" bed. There is a fold out couch/bed in the lower level. We also have 2 rollaway beds available if needed.
During parts of the spring, summer, and fall we are able to rent based on the number in your party. If you have a smaller group, we can modify your rate to fit your group. Consider the value of the Hammond and all it offers when planning a trip this season.

This is the main floor layout. the building is 32 feet long and 28 feet wide. The main level has 8 foot ceilings and ramped entryway on the bottom or the east portion of the building.
Main floor doorways are all 3 feet wide and the bathroom on the main level will have grab bars, bench seating in the tub/shower module, and a wheelchair accessible sink.
There is a large 8 X 18 foot enclosed porch towards the lake and a 10 foot concrete patio for grillin' and chillin'.
The kitchen offers a dishwasher and large open area to the living room.
